1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hourlyo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscription & Billing

Hourlyo offers a 21-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record: $4.99 USD per month when you choose monthly billing, or $3.99 USD per month when you choose annual billing (charged as $47.88 USD per year). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate and billing interval you select until you cancel.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hourlyo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where Paddle operates as the Merchant of Record.
